MILES OF MEMORIES AWAIT

I still remember the day I booked my first solo trip. Everyone around me was doubtful—“Are you sure it’s safe? Won’t you feel lonely?”—but deep inside, I knew I needed this journey for myself.

My destination was Goa, a place known for its beaches and sunsets, but for me, it became much more than that. On the very first day, I was nervous stepping out alone, but as the sun dipped into the Arabian Sea, I felt an overwhelming sense of freedom.

I wandered through colorful markets, tried Goan street food I couldn’t even pronounce, and ended up sharing laughs with strangers who soon felt like friends. One evening, I joined a group of travelers for a beach bonfire, and as we shared our stories under the stars, I realized something powerful—travel  is not just about place,  it’s about people and the moments we create together.

That trip changed the way I look at the world. I learned that courage grows when you step out of your comfort zone, and sometimes, the best journeys are the ones you take alone.

Now, every time I travel, I remind myself—and my readers—that adventure begins the moment you decide to say yes.
